In order to carry out membership processing the Club will record the information provided by you and hold this on our digital systems for the duration of your membership.
The information will be used in order to provide you with ongoing information about the Club’s activities and to contact you regarding suitable volunteering opportunities and administrative matters.
If you do not continue with your membership application or it is refused we will remove all of this data other than retaining your name and date of birth.
